Don't tell your child that about money

It often happens that parents fleetingly "throw" words, phrases, without even thinking about the consequences. Among them there are many template, established, which are passed from generation to generation, in a certain way programming children for future problems. So, the top phrases that can spoil a child's attitude to money:

- We can't afford it. These or similar attitudes "signal" danger to children. It turns out that the world is so insecure that even adults find it difficult to cope. Survival and self-actualization are incompatible.

- Don't be ungrateful. Parents may rebuke by reminding them how hard they work for their child's well-being. By constantly repeating this to children, we instill in them a sense of guilt and hopelessness.

- Money must be earned with blood and sweat. If a child is constantly told how hard it is to earn money and how hard it is to get it, he or she will develop a negative attitude towards labor. Children remember that work can only be very hard and unloved.

- If you behave, I'll buy you a toy. In some families money is a popular means of manipulation. Grades, homework, some not very pleasant tasks can be "bought". It is easier for mom and dad to solve their problems, but on the other hand, in the future the child will copy such behavior.

- There's no money! I told you once! If you regularly refuse to buy something without explaining the reasons, your child will develop a negative attitude. He will be sure that he is not loved and not heard.

- Money can solve everything. The fixation of adults on material goods will lead to the fact that in the future for the child it is money that will become an end in itself and the most important source of joy and happiness.

Being attentive, thinking parents means worrying about their children's future. And the foundation for a successful happy life is laid every day. One of these important bricks is a child's attitude to money.
