✒️ Calligraphy - writing in Russian
Calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing and at the same time a path to awareness. Our course helps children to write not just neatly, but with feeling, respect for words and form.
We learn to hold a pen, to draw a line, to feel rhythm and pause in writing. Each lesson is a little journey into the world of letters: capitals, Old Slavonic fonts, decorative elements and the Russian language.
Children write wishes, aphorisms, fairy names, captions under drawings, and sometimes letters to parents and friends. This develops not only motor skills, but also a love of language, its beauty and structure.
Calligraphy is suitable for children from 5 to 16 years old - it is especially useful for bilinguals, who need to feel the shape of Russian letters and get deeper into written speech. Here text becomes a drawing and writing becomes a meditation.
