Monetary policy

The Palme School does not store credit or other card data. All customer payment information is encrypted by the payment system Stripe. Your payment information is securely encrypted and protected, and we have no access to it.

We do not share your contact information with third parties.

All prices on the website are in USD.
Payment is made automatically through the Stripe payment system after a demo lesson with the instructor.
In the case of cancellation of subscriptions, after the end of the 7-day guarantee period, promotional subscriptions, special-price subscriptions, subscriptions to the annual program, subscriptions obtained through promotions and special offers, and other subscriptions, no refund is provided.
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the first payment, we will refund you the entire payment amount, minus the cost of the lessons taken during the paid period. The cost of one group lesson is $18, the cost of an individual lesson is $58.
