Does the child lose everything, stay glued to the phone, and get angry over small things?
Turning chaos into autonomy: developing soft skills and executive functions in children aged 6 to 15 in Russian
Free consultation and scheduling at a convenient time

Familiar situation?
Forgets to hand in homework and loses things
Working memory is overloaded: the child keeps a task in mind for a couple of minutes and then switches.
Cannot start lessons without reminders
The skill of task initiation has not been formed: starting a task requires an external signal from an adult.
Chaos in the backpack and in the room
I have no habit of organizing my space, which means every morning turns into a search.
Puts everything off until the last minute
Cannot estimate time and break a large task down into manageable steps.
Explodes over minor things and interrupts
Poor self-control: emotion outpaces thought, and the child reacts rather than chooses.
Afraid to answer and quits at the first sign of failure
There is no experience of a safe mistake — so it's easier not to try than to make a mistake in front of others.

Our approach: we don't teach you «how to be organized» — we train the brain

Everything you wanted to know about the course Soft Skills
What are Soft Skills and why does a child need them?
Soft skills are skills that determine how a person thinks, communicates, and handles challenges. We develop executive functions (EF) — planning, self-control, working memory — and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) — empathy, communication, confidence.
What age is the program suitable for?
The program is designed for children 6-15 years. Groups are formed considering age and developmental level, so classes are always suitable for your child.
How are the classes? Are they boring lectures?
No. 90%: Practical Applicationgames, cases, team projects. Each exercise trains a specific skill without boredom or pressure. Classes are held online in mini-groups of 4–8 people in Russian.
Why is it important that classes are in Russian?
The program is designed taking into account the specific features Russian-speaking families abroad. The child works in a familiar language environment, which lowers the barrier and accelerates the results. The Russian language is maintained and developed in parallel.
When will the first results appear?
The first changes parents notice after 4–6 weeksThe child starts packing their backpack independently, reacts more calmly to setbacks, and requires fewer reminders. A stable result is formed after 3 months.
How is this different from a psychologist or a tutor?
A psychologist works with problems, a tutor with a subject. We train Universal Brain Skills through group play practice. The group format is 3–5 times cheaper than individual EF coaching in the USA and provides live communication with peers.
How do I sign up, and what is included in the free lesson?
On a free diagnostic lesson, an educational psychologist will reveal which specific skills are sufferingmemory, self-control, flexibility, or planning — and select a suitable program. No obligations.
