How mom and dad can help a child become attentive

Does your teacher often complain that your child gets distracted in class and disturbs other children? Do you notice that your son has a bad memory? Or maybe your child has difficulty with homework? These warning "bells" show that your child needs help. And here's how you can help children become more attentive:

- Get interested in sports. Not only is it good for physical health, but it is also important for attention. Some sports games are great for practicing concentration.
- To train children's attention through gamesand different life situations. Teach your child to pay attention to all the things around him, to examine them in detail and be sure to compare them with each other. If you are imaginative, you can find many ways to develop your child's attention through play.
- Enroll in developmental courses. Any creative, learning as well as intellectual tasks will require attention.

Also, child psychologists advise moms and dads of inattentive kids:

- Encourage autonomy
- Create a comfortable and relaxed place to study
- Help optimize learning
- Do not overload in learning and development
- Don't criticize
- Offer a different activity each time
- To develop interest in activities

It is easy to help your child become more attentive. All you have to do is make time for play and socializing.
