Experiment. A letter to a child in the future

Childhood is a cozy and kind world, which we love to remember as adults. Psychologist Ekaterina Kes suggests making a special gift to your child - a trip to the most interesting and dear to your heart moments. To do this, write a letter at least once a year.

It should be a special, heartfelt letter. In it, tell about how the year went and what the child remembers about it. Be sure to remember different funny stories, pleasant moments and difficulties. Write what your son/daughter has learned this year.

Of course, the beautiful and heartfelt words of a mom will not be enough. In your warm letters add postcards, tickets to the theater or cinema, children's drawings, favorite joint photos. It can be a variety of memorable things that will disappear in everyday life after a while, but a letter will definitely preserve them! And every time you write how much you love your child.

This is so important and will be so nice to read in the future.

Keep all letters in a special secret folder. And on the day of adulthood (or earlier) give the child letters written with parental love.

Surely many of us would have liked at one time or another to have gotten such a priceless gift from the people closest to my heart.!
