Brain gymnastics is called neuro-gymnastics, and it helps develop this “muscle” and keep it in tone. 

Regular neuro-gymnastics is especially important for children and older adults.

    Simple Brain Exercises You Can Try

    You can try neuro-gymnastics yourself. The exercises are simple, but their effects are noticeable:

    1. Colored Circles Exercise

    Draw circles of three colors. Assign a number of fingers to each color. Task: touch each circle with the correct number of fingers as quickly as possible. 

    2. Vehicle Drawing Exercise

    Draw basic shapes of cars on a sheet. Let the child draw various cars, buses, or trucks. This exercise develops creativity and memory. 

    3. Shapes and Points Exercise

    Draw a triangle and a square with large dots in each corner. 

    Task: touch each point with fingers simultaneously. Left hand for triangle points Right hand for square points. Start each round from the bottom left corner.
